Youth Pastors, leaders, and students we are here to walk with you towards a growing relationship with Christ. We believe that God has an incredible purpose for the youth of Hawaii and want to help you fulfill the vision that He has given you.
HYM – Hawaii Youth Ministries exists as a part of a wholistic strategy to raise up spirit empowered students. Within our ethos exists a gallery of sub-ministries all of which play an integral role in resourcing the local church to win the lost, build disciples, send ambassadors, and lead the Church.
We win people for Jesus through the preaching of the gospel both inside and outside of the context of organized youth ministry programming and events.
We build disciples who build disciples through one on one relationships, corporate gatherings, and the ministry of our primary discipleship programs; AG Athletics, Ambassadors (formerly AIM), Fine Arts, Speed the Light, Teen Bible Quiz, and Youth Alive.

We provide leadership to the Church locally, nationally, and globally through service, inspiration, training, and resource development.
Hawaii Youth Ministries exists to win students to Jesus, build them into Spirit-empowered disciples, send them into mission and ministry, and lead the next generation of the Church across the Hawaiian Islands.
HIAG Youth offers a variety of ministry opportunities including:
Ambassadors: Local and international missions trips
Fine Arts Festival: Helping students discover and use their creative gifts for God’s glory
Speed the Light: Student-led missions giving movement
Bible Quiz: Fun, competitive Bible memorization
Youth Alive: Equipping students to share Jesus in their schools and communities
Camp & Convention: Life-changing gatherings for worship, discipleship, and connection
The Hawaii Fine Arts Festival is a discipleship tool designed to help students identify and develop their ministry gifts — whether through music, drama, photography, writing, speaking, or other creative forms. Students present locally and may qualify to participate in the National Fine Arts Festival.
We host a variety of powerful events including Youth Camp, Youth Convention, Leadership Gatherings, and Regional Youth Rallies. These events are designed to inspire, equip, and unify students and leaders from across the islands in worship, teaching, and fellowship.
