F. A. Q
What is AG Women’s vision and what do they believe women should receive from their ministry?

AG Women exists to encourage and equip every woman to live a life of devotion to Jesus, to discover her purpose, to develop her God‑given potential, and to dare to become all that God has created her to be.

Leading Together is a leadership training program for women who lead women in local churches. It’s designed to help strengthen leadership skills, provide practical tools and strategies, foster spiritual growth, and build a community among women leaders. Training is tiered in levels.

Light the Way is AG Women’s giving initiative, focused on uniting women around missions giving. It seeks to streamline how giving is done nationally in AG Women’s ministries and to increase clarity about how financial resources are used to support women helping women.

Women’s ministry in the Assemblies of God began early, with the first Women’s Missionary Council formed in 1925 for intercessory prayer. Over time it evolved and expanded into broader ministries for women across the Fellowship, including leadership training, discipleship, outreach, and international projects.
